ANZ Bank is of the largest financial institutions in Australia and New Zealand, and offers various financial services throughout the Asia-Pacific region — including retail banking, commercial banking, institutional banking, wealth management and insurance.
They wanted to identify ways to improve workflow testing processes that would cultivate a collaborative and adaptive culture, while maximizing the potential benefits of generative AI.
The bank chose to work with HCLTech and apply generative AI to software testing, thereby accelerating the testing lifecycle significantly enhancing the quality of its software products.
